1. Membership & Eligibility
To access Baji Buzz services, you must meet the following requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that these conditions are fulfilled.

- Baji Buzz reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If a national ID or passport is requested, it must be submitted within 48 hours.

- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited.
Important: Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Account Management
Each member on Baji Buzz may create one personal account. It is the member's responsibility to ensure the security and proper use of their account.
2.1 Registration Information
- You must provide your real name, address, date of birth, and contact details when registering.
- Using false or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Any changes to your information must be made through the support team.
2.2 Password & Security
- Never share your password with anyone. Baji Buzz will never ask for your password by phone or email.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Creating multiple accounts from the same person, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the forfeiture of balances across all accounts.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals
The financial transaction rules on Baji Buzz are designed to protect members and ensure the integrity of the platform.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum varies depending on the payment method.

- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.

4.2 Welcome Bonus
- New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
- The welcome bonus is available once only — the same person cannot claim it again by opening a new account.

If evidence of bonus abuse is found, Baji Buzz reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all balances.
5. Gaming Rules

- All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by an independent third party.
- Game outcomes are unbiased — each round is completely independent of the previous one.
5.2 Technical Issues
- If your internet connection drops during a game, any active bets may be cancelled.
- Baji Buzz reserves the right to void any round that produces an abnormal outcome due to a server error.
- If a winning amount is incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, the correct amount will be paid out.
5.3 Maximum Bet Limit
Each game has its own maximum bet limit, which is displayed within the game interface. Bet limits may differ when playing in bonus mode.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji Buzz. Any violation will result in immediate action.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts (Bonus Abuse)
- Using software, bots, or automated programs to play games
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in coordination with other players (Collusion)
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
- Using another person's credit card, bank account, or mobile wallet
- Opening an account under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process
- Exploiting site bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Threatening or harassing Baji Buzz staff
Consequence: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action where necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Baji Buzz is an entertainment platform. Baji Buzz accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
- Participation in games is entirely voluntary — Baji Buzz is not liable for any financial losses.
- Baji Buzz is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
- Baji Buzz is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
- Under no circumstances will Baji Buzz's total liability to a member exceed the amount deposited by that member during the relevant month.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

- Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Information may be disclosed in response to legal requests from regulatory authorities.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, please first attempt to resolve it with our support team. Baji Buzz is committed to handling all disputes fairly and transparently.
- Contact support within 72 hours of the incident to raise a dispute.
- The support team will review disputes within 3–5 business days.
- If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may appeal to our licensing authority.
- Game data and logs maintained by Baji Buzz shall be considered the final record.
10. Changes to Terms
Baji Buzz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.
- Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or an in-platform notification.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Account Closure & Suspension
